Qualifications

• 10+ years in fire-life safety or related contracting environments.
• Senior general management or P&L responsibility experience.
• Proven ability to grow multi-line service businesses and manage enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own regional P&L, revenue targets, gross margin, and EBITDA.
• Lead enterprise accounts, develop executive relationships, and manage transitions from construction to service.
• Develop strategy, remove operational barriers, and build a high-performing leadership bench.
