PATRIOT FIRE PROTECTION INC. is seeking a Fire Alarm Service Manager to lead technicians, inspectors, and coordinators ensuring life-safety systems operate reliably across the region. You’ll blend strategic planning with hands-on leadership to deliver exceptional service.

The role focuses on hiring, coaching, and scheduling, while maintaining compliance with NFPA 72, AHJs, and regulatory requirements. Strong communication and budget management are essential, with after-hours availability as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/related field.
• NICET II with strong leadership experience; NICET III preferred.
• Working knowledge of NFPA 72 and NEC (low voltage).
• Experience with service management or construction software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and mentor fire alarm technicians, inspectors, and service coordinators.
• Oversee scheduling and resource allocation for inspections, testing, and service work.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA 72 and AHJ requirements; maintain strong relationships with authorities.
• Monitor service metrics and performance, including response times and inspections.
• Oversee invoicing, inventory, work orders, and documentation; ensure regulatory records.
• Manage budget and cost-controls for the fire alarm service.
• Stay current on industry trends and drive continuous improvement.
