Job summary

FirstService Residential in Atlanta is seeking a Regional Director to strategically manage client relationships and lead a team of community managers delivering property management products and services with unmatched customer service.

You will mentor managers, drive accountability, and align operations with client goals, contracts and budgets while expanding profitability and client retention across key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university.
• 5–7 years’ experience in property management, construction or hospitality preferred.
• Experience in operations, account management or relationship management is an asset.
• Must possess valid state driver’s license and state-mandated vehicle insurance.
• Certified by GREC in property management is required in Georgia and preferred elsewhere.

Responsibilities

• Attracts, develops and retains a diverse team of managers for client needs; supports onboarding of new community managers.
• Provides ongoing training, coaching and career path development for associates.
• Mentors community managers; maintains a positive attitude and professional work ethic.
• Owns and solves issues; collaborates with other departments to deliver measurable results.
• Conducts performance management through regular feedback, coaching and reviews.
• Leads team meetings to review KPIs, financials and departmental objectives.
• Develops client relationship plans and action steps for high-risk accounts.
• Strengthens client relationships by modeling company culture and values.
• Communicates project goals and maintains go-forward service expectations with clients.
• Manages contracts, renewals, growth initiatives and profitability per account.
