Job summary

Hunter Truck is seeking a Regional Service Director for the Northeast Region to lead service operations across multiple branches including Albany, NY and Colchester, VT. The role focuses on improving customer responsiveness, technician productivity, quality, safety, and financial performance within a large Peterbilt dealer network.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and extensive leadership experience in service management across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred in related field.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across Service, Parts, Sales, and Operations.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead service operations across all branches in the region.
• Drive customer responsiveness, technician productivity, safety, and service performance.
• Ensure enterprise service standards and OEM certifications are followed regionally.
• Improve regional financial performance through labor sales growth and cost management.
• Coach Branch Service Managers and maintain succession plans.
• Collaborate with Regional leadership to implement service improvements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Diesel Technology, Automotive Technology, or a related field
