Job summary

Hunter Truck is seeking a Regional Service Director for the Southeast Region. The role leads service operations across multiple branches within the Pennsville/Clarksburg area and reports to the Regional Parts Manager.

Expect travel and a focus on customer responsiveness, technician productivity, and regional financial performance. Salary ranges from $130,000 to $200,000 per year, with full-time status and Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive service leadership experience with multi-location management preferred.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across Service, Parts, Sales, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Own service operating performance across all branches and lead Branch Service Managers to achieve objectives.
• Be accountable for customer responsiveness, technician productivity, utilization, turnaround time, and service costs.
• Ensure consistent execution of service standards, safety requirements, OEM certificates, and procedures.
• Drive regional service financial performance via labor sales, warranty recovery, and efficiency.
• Allocate leadership attention and resources across branches based on needs and performance.
• Coach Branch Service Managers and maintain succession plans for leadership roles.
• Collaborate with SVP of Service to implement enterprise standards and training initiatives.

Seven plus years of progressive service leadership experience in commercial vehicle, transportation, heavy equipment, dealership, fleet maintenance, or a related industry. Two years of multi-location management experience preferred.

Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across Service, Parts, Sales, and Operations functions.
