Zusammenfassung

Hunter Truck is seeking a Regional Service Director for the Southeast Region, overseeing service operations across multiple locations. The role focuses on improving customer responsiveness, technician productivity, quality, safety, and financial performance.

You will partner with Branch Service Managers, regional leadership, and the SVP of Service to uphold enterprise standards and drive growth. The position requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and travel across the region

Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across Service, Parts, Sales, and Operations functions.
Strong leadership and people development skills.
Financial acumen and ability to drive service performance metrics.

Aufgaben

Lead service operations across all regional branches and drive customer responsiveness.
Oversee technician productivity, quality, safety, and cost performance.
Ensure enterprise service standards and OEM certifications are met.
Coordinate with regional leaders to improve parts availability and shop throughput.
Recruit, develop, and retain technicians and branch managers.
