Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5/Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the Pacific Northwest region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Identify new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plans delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape sales strategy and product development.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with goals while considering regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
