Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region to support small to medium customers and manage distribution.

The role involves engaging with large accounts, guiding non-selling processes, and building relationships with key influencers across channels. Key responsibilities include generating leads, defining territories, managing sales analytics, and delivering technical solutions through face-to-face, phone, or email interactions.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian rank.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand networks within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan and develop sales plan aligned to the marketing plan.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan and pricing strategies.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
