Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region in the United States. The role focuses on supporting small to mid-size customers, managing distribution, and collaborating with large accounts. You will develop opportunities, analyze sales data, and shape pricing strategies across channels.

The position emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, regional flexibility, and delivering value through informed customer solutions in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above US E5/Canadian rank.
• 3+ years of relevant working experience.
• US-based position requires ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network across customer levels.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering volume and value, and align sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Use market intelligence to shape the sales plan and inform product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and set price strategies aligned with business goals and regulations.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
