Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams in a cross-matrix environment.
• Strong financial and business understanding, linking clinical execution, adoption, customer value, and capital investment to commercial success.
• Executive presence to engage surgeons, hospital leaders, internal stakeholders, and influence cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional VELYS Clinical Managers, coaching and developing teams for clinical excellence and launch execution.
• Own regional account execution and portfolio strategy across capital pipeline, adoption and expansion.
• Drive adoption, utilization and growth through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.
• Build strategic partnerships with surgeons and hospital leaders to align customer priorities with business objectives.
• Orchestrate cross-functional execution, ensuring one DePuy Synthes experience for customers.
