Job summary

DePuy Synthes is seeking a Senior Manager, VELYS Digital Enablement to lead a regional team and drive proactive customer success across an assigned region. You will connect customer insights, utilization data, and clinical activity with commercial priorities to anticipate needs and growth opportunities.

The role collaborates with Sales, Clinical, Education, Field Service, Marketing, and Commercial Enablement to ensure alignment around account priorities and to accelerate adoption of VELYS

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing teams in cross-functional settings.
• Experience driving regional account strategies, launches, and clinical execution.
• Ability to translate customer insights into strategy and actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of VELYS Clinical Managers, driving performance and succession planning.
• Develop regional launch plans and allocate clinical resources to priority accounts.
• Drive adoption, utilization, and growth of VELYS programs with cross-functional partners.
• Establish SOPs and operating rhythms for clinical excellence and launch execution.
• Partner with Sales, Education, Marketing, and Service to deliver end-to-end customer experience.
