You will manage a robust pipeline, drive strategic plans with senior leaders, and partner with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to grow the VELYS portfolio. The role emphasizes field leadership, joint reconstruction expertise, and the ability to travel up to 75% across Michigan, Indiana, and Northern Illinois.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of medical device sales experience.
• Experience with joint reconstructive devices (hips/knees) preferred.
• Capital sales experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales activities and achieve territory goals for VELYS Digital Surgery portfolio.
• Develop executable business plans with senior managers and cross-functional teams.
• Expand customer base among ASC, IDNs, and academic centers.
• Coordinate with marketing and education teams for launches and training.
• Forecast deals and manage pipelines to close capital opportunities.
