• Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Upstream Marketing, and R&D.
• Define pricing, contracting, and capital justification strategies with stakeholders.
• Drive adoption and utilization in the installed base with a focus on surgeon value.
• Build and manage surgeon education and health-system engagement programs.
