Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's or Bachelor's with specified years in access or pharmaceutical areas.
• Experience in payer, managed care, or access strategies is required.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities are essential.

• Lead and coach a regional team of Field Reimbursement Managers to meet KPIs.
• Translate national priorities into regional execution and territory plans.
• Collaborate across Sales, Market Access, Medical, HUB, and Operations.

Formation

Doctorate degree + 2 years of public or private third-party access arena or pharmaceutical industry experience

Master's degree + 4 years of public or private third-party access arena or pharmaceutical industry experience

Bachelor's degree + 6 years
