You will build dealer and grower relationships, manage territory plans and budgets, and participate in recruiting and events to expand market presence. A bachelor’s degree in agriculture or agronomy and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture or agronomy or related field.
• Experience in seed industry or agronomy preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to build relationships and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales and agronomy support for ISRs in the territory.
• Develop and manage key prospect lists and recruit dealers/growers.
• Conduct territory planning and allocate regional budgets and seed allocations.
• Lead regional meetings and organize grower/dealer events.
• Evaluate territory performance and adjust to improve productivity.
