Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover NC, SC, eastern TN, and southern VA. The role focuses on sales coordination, agronomy support, and dealer/grower recruitment in a multi-state region.

You will work with ISR representatives, analyze territory performance, and contribute to future company programs while partnering with a professional agronomy staff and leadership to grow the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, agronomy or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to take initiative and work with multiple team members to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales, agronomy information, and support for ISRs in the territory.
• Develop relationships with growers and dealers; recruit new dealers and direct growers.
• Plan and manage territory marketing budgets and grower/dealer meetings.
