Job summary

Stine Seed Company is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to cover Lyon, Yellow Medicine, Lac qui Parle, Chippewa, and Swift counties in MN. You will serve as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the territory, developing agronomic knowledge and managing both existing and new accounts to meet district sales goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in agriculture-related roles, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in dealer development.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of ag experience, including agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and negotiating skills.
• Proven ability to build/maintain relationships with growers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain agronomic knowledge of Stine seed products and services.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new accounts to increase sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine sales programs and policies to meet district goals.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high sales support.
