Responsibilities

• Contract management: lead Supervisors and Officers to uphold client relationships andpolicies.
• Oversee client relationships and coordinate with the Operations Manager.
• Ensure site visits are completed and employees are properly outfitted.
• Lead training programs including CPR/First Aid/AED and supervisor trainings.
• Manage overtime and payroll data within company timelines.
