Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or Business Administration preferred.
• 2+ years security management experience desired.
• Must obtain or possess CPL.
• Excellent communication and client relations skills.
• Able to travel within region.

Responsibilities

• Contract management and oversight of contract and temporary security programs.
• Oversee Site Supervisors and Security Officers in the field.
• Ensure required site visits are completed and uniforms issued timely.
• Maintain positive relationships with employees and clients.
• Perform performance appraisals and progressive discipline as needed.
• Assist in recruiting and coordinating with HR for staffing.
