Job summary

DSV is seeking a Security Operations Manager to provide an on-site presence supporting client operations across multi-site locations in Fort Worth. You will bridge facility management with client security protocols, maintaining security standards and vendor accountability.

Responsibilities include audits, incident response, and ensuring CSRM/SWI compliance. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work a flexible/on-call schedule in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5+ years previous work experience in a similar role/capacity serving large warehouses/distribution centers.
• Knowledge of MS Office & Google Sheets, intermediate computer skills.
• Knowledge of physical security design.
• Knowledge of scheduling & staffing.
• Working knowledge of security SOPs.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular weekly security audits and compliance checks across all assigned Client facilities within the area.
• Monitor and manage seal discrepancies daily with detailed logs to ensure cargo integrity.
• Perform random security audits of security vendors to verify adherence to CSRM guidelines.
• Lead security incident response efforts at facilities to support DSV management and ensure compliance with SWIs and CSRM standards.
