Job summary

DK Security is seeking an Operations Manager in Michigan to lead contract and temporary security services across the region. The role reports to the Director of Operations and supervises Site Supervisors and Security Officers in the field.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of security management experience, a CPL, and strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. The position requires some travel and a flexible schedule; hiring supports field operations and development

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ prior experience as a security manager or above in government or corporate service is highly desirable.
• Must have (or be willing and able to quickly obtain) a Concealed Pistols License (CPL).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice or Business Administration is strongly preferred.
• Impeccable grooming and a friendly, professional image are required.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contract Management and oversight of client relationships.
• Oversee Site Supervisors and Security Officers out in the field.
• Ensure Supervisors complete required site visits and proper uniforming.
• Manage site equipment, incidents, and reporting; maintain training compliance.
• Participate in business development initiatives as directed by leadership.
