Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Security Operations to lead regional programs from our Boston area offices.

This role oversees 500+ security professionals across multiple contracts, ensuring compliance, performance, and executive-level reporting. The position emphasizes data-driven decision making, KPI tracking, and the delivery of high-end security services for Class A properties and government/commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Preferred candidate has either an honorable military discharge, a Bachelor's degree or 5 years' experience in an operations management and/or project management role.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational and administrative functions across security contracts employing over 500 Inter-Con employees across high visibility sites.
• Keep Leadership apprised of contract performance by accurately communicating status of compliance and identifying any deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Support in operational decision-making process.
• Develop and implement project plans for key strategic initiatives designed to improve operations capabilities and responsiveness.
• Compile productivity and performance SLAs, KPIs, and dashboard reports to ensure metrics are captured and reported for executive level consumption.
• Ensure the highest standards of conduct, appearance, performance, and training are being met at all times.
