Job summary

Admiral Security Services seeks a Regional Manager to oversee operations within assigned Region(s). The role reports to the Director of Operations and drives client relations, quality assurance, training and development while ensuring profitability and growth.

Key responsibilities include leading site leadership, managing payroll and billing reports, ensuring contract deliverables, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, employees, and local authorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing security operations preferred.
• Military, law enforcement, or customer service management experience may be considered.
• Must be flexible as position is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Criminal background records check, motor vehicle records check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Admiral and client representatives.
• Manage financial performance of the portfolio/region by payroll/billing and reports.
• Develop, challenge, and motivate site level Leadership teams to achieve optimum results.
• Ensure contract deliverables are successfully met.
• Build and sustain relationships with clients, employees, vendors and community organizations.
• Lead, train, and develop region leadership to maintain high standards and safety compliance.
