• Manage daily operational and administrative functions across security contracts serving ~100 employees.
• Keep Regional Account Manager apprised of contract performance and identify deficiencies promptly.
• Support the Regional Account Manager in operational decision-making.
• Develop and implement project plans for strategic initiatives to improve operations capabilities.
• Compile productivity, KPIs, and dashboard reports for executive level consumption.
• Ensure high standards of conduct, appearance, performance, and training.
