Amazon is seeking a Security and Loss Prevention Cluster Manager to lead risk mitigation and security oversight for a regional cluster. You will manage teams, drive loss prevention best practices, and coordinate with internal and external partners to protect people, property, and data.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to work across multiple sites with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• 5+ years of security service, loss prevention, asset protection, investigations, or law enforcement, or 2+ years of Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience.
• 3+ years of implementing metric-based strategies utilizing continuous improvement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop leaders and direct reports through training and mentorship.
• Lead strategic network-wide initiatives and report on KPIs.
• Enable teams to identify vulnerabilities and define mitigating actions.
• Oversee investigations of internal and external theft and fraud.
• Subject matter expert in security best practices.
• Support recruiting to grow the regional cluster.
• Implement loss mitigation strategies and incident response planning.
