Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Security and Loss Prevention Cluster Manager (NA) to lead risk mitigation and asset protection within a regional cluster. This role aligns security strategy with network goals, directing a team and coordinating with internal operations and external partners.

The position requires managing investigations, implementing loss prevention best practices, and traveling up to 50% domestically. Reports to the SLP Senior Manager and includes 24/7 operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• 5+ years of security service, loss prevention, asset protection, investigations, or law enforcement, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 3+ years of implementing metric-based strategies utilizing continuous improvement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop leaders and direct reports through training, mentorship, and project partnership.
• Lead strategic network-wide initiatives and report on key performance indicators to improve efficiency.
• Enable teams to identify vulnerabilities and conduct root cause analysis using data to define mitigating actions.
• Engage, train, and influence business partners to identify and mitigate risk.
• Oversee investigations of internal and external theft and fraud; conduct interviews when appropriate.
