Job summary

You will coordinate with law enforcement and regulatory agencies, monitor surveillance and access control, track security metrics, and train partners on best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in directly related field (security, audit, military, law enforcement, transportation or loss prevention).
• Three years of related corporate security, audit, law enforcement, transportation or loss prevention experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead district level security program efforts to protect people, assets, and brand within the assigned location.
• Develop strategic security plans for the assigned location(s).
• Conduct security risk assessments and lead investigations into incidents including workplace violence, security breaches, losses or fraud.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and regulatory agencies to support investigations and compliance.
• Monitor security technologies such as surveillance cameras and access control systems.
• Track metrics and report on security goals; address gaps or physical security concerns.
• Train business partners on security best practices.
• Review shipments and formulate action plans for security concerns (lost/damaged).
• Maintain knowledge of TSA/FAA regulations and company policies.
