Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication, writing, and problem-solving abilities.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license to operate company vehicle.
• Experience working with security programs and incident response is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead district-level security program efforts to protect people, assets and brand at the location.
• Conduct risk assessments and respond to urgent security matters.
• Lead investigations into incidents such as workplace violence, loss, or fraud.
• Liaise with law enforcement and regulatory agencies to support investigations and compliance.
• Monitor security plans and technologies including surveillance and access control.
• Track security metrics and report on program goals; address gaps and concerns.
• Assist in training business partners on security best practices.
• Review and plan actions on security concerns related to shipments with customers on-site.
• Maintain knowledge of TSA, FAA and company policies; follow IC/ISP agreements.
