Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a directly related field.
• Three (3) years related experience in corporate security, audit, military, law enforcement, transportation or supply chain loss prevention, and/or loss analytics.
• Strong interpersonal communication, writing skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft based computer programs and the ability to prepare detailed reports.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead district level security program efforts, ensuring the safety and security of People, Assets, and Brand within the assigned location.
• Develop strategic security planning at specific assigned location(s).
• Conduct security risk assessments and lead investigations into incidents involving workplace violence, security breaches, losses, fraud, or integrity concerns via interviews and evidence reviews.
• Serve as liaison with law enforcement and governmental regulatory agencies to support investigations and compliance.
• Monitor security plans and technologies, including surveillance cameras and access control systems.
• Track and report on established key security program goals and metrics, addressing gaps or physical security concerns.
• Assist department’s efforts in training business partners on security best practices.
• Initiate in-person/on-site visits with customers to review action plans for security shipping concerns (lost/damaged/pilfered).
• Maintain knowledge base across regulatory areas, including TSA and FAA, company policies, and IC/ISP agreements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
