Concentric is seeking a Regional Security Coordinator embedded with our client in Detroit, MI. The role supports Global Security programs, conducts site visits, and ensures compliance with security standards across manufacturing locations.

You will work with the Regional Security Manager, GSOC, and local leaders to investigate incidents, coordinate with law enforcement, manage travel security, executive protection, and crisis response while maintaining strong relationships with HR, Legal, IT,

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5–7 years of corporate security experience, preferably in a multinational or global organization.
• Excellent English-language proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Practical understanding of risk-based security management and physical security principles.
• Hands-on experience with physical security systems and contract security providers.

Aufgaben

• Support the Regional Security Manager in implementing Global Security strategies, policies, procedures, standards, and programs throughout the region.
• Coordinate day-to-day operational security support for manufacturing locations and local management.
• Conduct site visits to review security operations and verify compliance with standards.
• Assist with security assessments, corrective actions, and tracking of mitigation plans.
• Monitor security improvements and provide status updates to the Regional Security Manager.
• Support plants during security incidents and coordinate with GSOC and stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with leadership, HR, IT, Legal, and Facilities.
