Job summary

Concentric is hiring a GSOC Manager to lead a 24/7 Global Security Operations Center embedded with a client in Detroit, MI. The role guides incident response, intelligence support, and escalation while coordinating with client leadership and internal teams.

You will manage a shift-based GSOC team, drive process improvements, and ensure high standards of professionalism and situational awareness across all operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in security, intelligence, or related fields.
• At least 2 years managing a 24/7 GSOC or similar operations center.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leadership.
• Experience with staffing, scheduling and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a 24/7 GSOC embedded with a client.
• Oversee incident response, triage, escalation, and coordination.
• Manage shift-based GSOC personnel, including hiring and coaching.
• Maintain procedures, KPIs, and service levels for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with client leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Draft emergency communications and conduct after-action reviews.
• Ensure 24/7 coverage and proper shift handoffs.
