Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider seeking a Regional Security Manager to develop and oversee the organization’s physical security strategy, protect employees and facilities, and coordinate emergency response. The role leads teams, manages security technologies, and ensures regulatory compliance across multiple sites.

You will conduct risk assessments, oversee access control systems, CCTV, and alarm monitoring, and collaborate with IT on integrated security measures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in physical security, law enforcement, military, or corporate security management.
• 3–5 years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience managing contract security services.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the organization's physical security strategy across facilities.
• Lead security personnel and manage security technologies.
• Conduct risk assessments and coordinate emergency response and business continuity efforts.
• Oversee incident response, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with HR, Legal, and law enforcement as necessary.
