Job summary

Element Food Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Site Security Lead to tactically manage enterprise security risk, physical security, personnel security, supply chain security, and investigations at a manufacturing and distribution site.

Reports to the Director of Security and ensures the resilience program runs efficiently. The role covers risk assessments, policy implementation, audits, incident response, and collaboration with Corporate Security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in operations, logistics, facilities, quality, or related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead security risk management, audits, and risk assessments at the facility.
• Oversee physical security: CCTV, access control, incident response.
• Coordinate supply chain security per standards like C-TPAT/OEA and protect products and materials.
• Lead investigations into security incidents and coordinate with law enforcement.
• Communicate security program updates to site leadership and stakeholders.
• Support brand protection and monitor threats to reputation.
