Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
• 15+ years of total work experience with 5-7 years of management experience preferred.
• Prior experience in physical security and/or investigations preferred.
• Requires building and maintaining strong law enforcement relationships across federal, state, and local partners.
• Demonstrate leadership, sound judgment, and ability to partner across business, operational, and control functions.
• Experience in corporate security leadership, regional security operations, and workplace security program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate security strategy and operations across the Americas region.
• Provide oversight and leadership to regional security managers.
• Partner with Global Real Estate and Workplace Experience to support workplace security objectives.
• Oversee the Global Command Center and ensure effective coordination.

• Standardize security policies, procedures, and operating practices across locations.
