Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking an experienced Regional Security Manager to lead physical security operations across the Americas. This role oversees a regional team, partners with global security, and drives security programs for offices, studios, and events.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, operational judgment, and the ability to build trusted partnerships across a global organization. A hybrid, in-office role with travel expectations is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in physical security, corporate security operations, investigations, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or related field.
• Experience managing security initiatives across multiple locations or regions.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, including coaching and team development.
• Ability to assess complex situations, make informed decisions, and communicate effectively during incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a regional team of security professionals across the AMER region.
• Partner with global security teams to maintain consistent standards and practices.
• Develop and execute regional security strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Oversee physical security programs across offices and studios.
• Coordinate risk assessments and emergency preparedness activities.
• Manage third-party security providers and vendors.
• Lead or support incident response and crisis management efforts.
• Support security planning for PlayStation events and executive engagements.
