Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Senior Manager of Regional Security for the Americas to lead regional security programs, incident response, and crisis management across AMER offices, studios, and events. You will build trusted partnerships with global teams, drive security standards, and manage budgets and vendors.

The role requires strong leadership, risk assessment, and experience overseeing security across multiple locations, with hybrid in-office support in California.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in physical security or related field.
• Experience managing security initiatives across multiple locations or regions.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to assess complex situations and communicate effectively during incidents.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional security leadership across the AMER region.
• Oversee physical security programs, policies, and procedures at offices and studios.
• Coordinate incident response, investigations, and crisis management.
• Plan and support security for events, activations, and executive engagements.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Workplace, IT, and other teams to ensure compliance and safety.
