Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Regional Security Manager for the Consumer Bank Central region. You will lead security strategies to protect employees and customers, reporting to the Central Division Security Director and coordinating with branch staff to uphold security across the region.

The role requires 10+ years in physical security, program development, risk analysis, and strong stakeholder communication. Travel within the region is expected, with on-call duty outside standard hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Possess 10+ years of relevant physical security experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience developing and implementing security programs, performing risk analysis, and conducting threat modeling.
• Familiarity with physical security technology systems and experience project managing security technology integrators.
• Maintain strong familiarity with Real Estate-related physical security issues.
• Operate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments, showing initiative from tactical to strategic levels.
• Communicate succinctly in writing and speech, applying strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and high emotional intelligence.
• Display a self-starter attitude with curiosity, motivation, and goal orientation, able to work with limited supervision.
• Apply attention to detail and delivery orientation, effectively planning and tracking to prescribed timelines.
• Leverage strong interpersonal and influencing skills to collaborate with multiple teams.
• Gather, track, and consolidate information, analyze data, and contribute to reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Demonstrate proficiency with MS Office suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security operations and incident response.
• Manage end-to-end guard program for the region.
• Address safety issues from incident reports and liaise with law enforcement.
• Ensure security surveys per standards and lifecycle of security systems.
• Collaborate with branch staff to promote security awareness.
• Coordinate with investigations, fraud, HR, and Legal; maintain chain-of-custody.
• Deliver security awareness training for staff, including robbery response.
• Partner with program members and stakeholders; report status.
• Analyze security data using BI tools and Excel; be on-call.
• Assume people management responsibilities in the future.
• Travel weekly within region and division as needed.
