Job summary

Macquarie Group seeks a senior security professional to safeguard people, operations and reputation across the Americas. You will partner with senior leaders to coordinate incident response, crisis management and resilience initiatives in a high‑visibility, global financial services environment.

You will lead security investigations, support workplace matters with cross‑functional partners, and drive due diligence on third parties.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in corporate security, investigations, and risk management in a complex environment.
• Strong experience conducting third‑party due diligence and open-source intelligence research.
• Expertise in incident management, crisis response, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Support security operations across the Americas and assist incident response and crisis management.
• Lead investigations and collaborate with People & Culture, Legal, Risk Management, and facilities teams.
• Conduct third‑party due diligence, assess risks, and deliver actionable reports for decision‑makers.
• Support site security reviews, event security planning, and executive protection as needed.
