Job summary

MDI Security is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee field operations across California, coordinating installations, inspections, and services while ensuring compliance with NFPA codes and safety standards. You will lead technicians, manage schedules, and report key KPIs to leadership.

The role requires 5+ years in the security or fire alarm industry, valid licenses, strong leadership, and NICET Level III certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the security and fire alarm industry.
• Must possess all required licenses and certifications applicable to the assigned territory for security and fire alarm systems.
• NICET Level III Certification in Fire Alarm Systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations, including installations, inspections, maintenance, and service.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA codes, company standards, and local regulations.
• Perform site visits to verify workmanship, code compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage scheduling, project timelines, and resource allocation.
• Review and approve technician work orders, time entries, and project documentation.
• Recruit, hire, and train qualified technicians and conduct performance evaluations.
