Job summary

Manatal in the United States seeks an experienced NICET II Fire Alarm Field Engineer/Manager to validate installations, troubleshoot complex systems, and support field teams on a large national retail program.

You will lead quality assurance, interpret blueprints, coordinate with project managers and subcontractors, and ensure NFPA standards and safety policies are followed. This full-time role offers growth opportunities and a chance to shape life-safety outcomes across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• NICET II Certification in Fire Alarm Systems is required.
• 5+ years of experience installing, servicing, troubleshooting, commissioning, or inspecting commercial fire alarm systems.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 72 and commercial fire alarm codes and standards.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Validate commercial fire alarm installations to ensure compliance with project specs and codes.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex fire alarm system issues.
• Perform system testing, commissioning, and QA inspections.
• Provide technical leadership and support to field technicians and project teams.
• Review installation quality and verify systems are installed correctly.
