Job summary

ARC Document Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Regional Scanning Operations to oversee AIM from Boston to Virginia Beach. This role requires coordinating with sales on proposals, conducting customer assessments, defining SOWs, and negotiating MSAs while managing full P&L responsibilities.

The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, lead staff across multiple locations, and ensure efficient workflows with strong financial planning and analysis capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in document scanning solutions.
• Proven track record of managing multiple locations and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage AIM operations from Boston to Virginia Beach ensuring best practices and staff training.
• Coordinate with sales to develop proposals, define SOWs, and negotiate MSAs.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflows and timely delivery of services.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
• Analyze financial data and prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
