Job summary

Ecowize USA in Saint Paul, MN, is seeking a Regional Operations Manager (Sanitation) to lead multi-site sanitation operations across a designated region. You will drive service excellence, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction while coaching Site Managers and deploying to new sites as needed.

You will oversee audits readiness, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage budgets and resources to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational leadership in food manufacturing, sanitation, or multi-site environments.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required for effective communication across diverse teams.
• Strong knowledge of USDA/FDA regulations, GMPs, SSOPs, Allergen Controls, and GFSI audits (SQF/BRCGS).
• Safety leadership with LOTO, HAZCOM, PPE protocols, and chemical handling.
• Willingness to travel extensively within designated region and support start-ups/audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead sanitation operations across assigned facilities to deliver compliant, high-quality service.
• Coach and develop Site Managers to build high-performing, safety-focused teams.
• Deploy to new client locations for site start-ups and onboarding.
• Act as Acting Area Manager or support other regions during vacancies or high-priority initiatives.
• Ensure site readiness for USDA/FDA audits and 3rd party audits (SQF/BRCGS).
• Collaborate with HR, Quality, Safety, Finance, and OPEX to improve efficiency.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, labor, chemicals, and resources to meet targets.
• Foster a safety-first culture with open communication and accountability.
