Vestis® is seeking a Vice President, Regional Sales to lead a high-performance sales organization across an assigned region. The role partners with senior leadership to develop and execute plans that meet revenue and profit goals while recruiting and coaching a large, dispersed sales team.

The position requires a proven track record in executive selling, strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to drive disciplined activity across 100+ individual contributors.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years managing the sales process and team in a B2B environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact management databases.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a high activity sales model with multiple sales managers across an assigned regional territory.
• Span of control includes sales managers and their respective sales teams of roughly 100+ individual contributors.
• Deliver sales plan through disciplined activity execution, full staffing, and sales productivity improvement.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to ensure revenue and profit goals are met.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and support new and existing Sales Managers as well as sales team members.
• Collaborate internally to drive best practices through the organization.
