Job summary

Westlake Services, LLC is seeking a Sales Training Specialist to design and implement quarterly and annual sales training plans that align with Westlake’s objectives. You will monitor effectiveness and provide up-to-date training materials for the sales force.

The role requires presenting training content, reviewing dealer contracts during visits, and participating in regional meetings and events. Travel 3–4 days per week is expected to support regional activities.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory and management skills.
• Detail-oriented, ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced PC skills; ability to work with multiple platforms.
• Extensive sales knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement comprehensive quarterly and annual sales training plans that support Westlake’s sales objectives.
• Monitor effectiveness of training techniques and suitability of training programs.
• Provide up-to-date training handouts, slides, and videos to the sales force.
• Review and purchase potential sales contracts during dealer visits.
• Participate in regional meetings, trade shows, regional activities, special events and seminars.
• Willingness to travel 3‑4 days per week.
