Job summary

Westlake Financial is seeking an experienced sales trainer to design and implement quarterly and annual training plans for the sales team. The role involves monitoring training effectiveness and providing updated handouts, slides, and videos to the force.

Ideal candidates will have automotive, finance and sales experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealer software. Expect 3–4 days of travel per week and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
• Automotive, Finance and Sales experience required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
• Knowledge of Web Applications required; DealerTrack, RouteOne, or CUDL beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement quarterly and annual sales training plans.
• Monitor effectiveness of training techniques and program suitability.
• Train and provide up-to-date training handouts, slides, and videos.
• Review and purchase potential sales contracts during dealer visits.
• Participate in Regional meetings, trade shows, and events.
• Willingness to travel 3–4 days per week.
