Job summary

Westlake Services, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth, develop and execute sales strategies, and expand the dealer network across the territory. You will coordinate with CULA and lender partners, train dealers, and continually improve sales processes.

You will act as a primary liaison with dealer representatives and partner lenders, traveling up to 70% per year to maximize indirect leasing opportunities and market share.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto finance or vehicle lease industries required.
• Banking or credit union industry experience desired.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 70% per year.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between CULA, dealer representatives and dealers.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with auto dealerships in the indirect leasing program.
• Establish positive relationships with dealerships to generate indirect leasing volume.
• Contact and visit prospective dealers to present indirect leasing services.
• Conduct presentations/trainings to auto dealers to develop new business.
• Focus sales efforts by studying dealer volume and opportunities.
• Collaborate with lender-partner reps to grow participating dealers and volume.
• Maintain communication with approved dealer partners.
