Job summary

Stonhard is seeking a Training & Development Manager near Denver to lead field training for new outside sales hires, focusing on Counselor Prospecting and Counselor Salesperson programs. The role emphasizes energetic delivery, clear communication, and the ability to develop robust training tasks for the first two years in support of local Sales Management.

• On-board and accelerate ramp for new sales staff in the field.
• Support local Sales Managers with training tasks and tools.
• Utilize Brainshark to improve selling skills and admin tasks.
• Oversee Salesforce training and ensure proper utilization.

Are you a Motivated Sales Trainer? Do you have experience helping to develop & delivering sales training programs?

As Training & Development Manager for Stonhard you will work with new outside sales hires with a focus on in the field training, developing skills around Counselor Prospecting and the Counselor Salesperson programs.

We are looking for an individual with sales training experience, talent, enthusiasm and creative vision to drive our Training Program!

STONHARD, a subsidiary of RPM Performance Coatings, is the leading manufacturer and installer of high performance seamless floors and lining systems in the world.

Qualified candidates will have a four-year degree with a minimum of 5 years experience developing and delivering sales training programs, helping to on-board new sales hires, development of sales training tasks for new outside sales hires to support our local Sales Managers. This experience, combined with outstanding communication/presentation skills and a high level of energy, is necessary for this influential sales position.

Specific Requirements:

• Extensive experience developing and delivering sales training programs
• On-boarding new outside sales hires
• Knowledge of multimedia and audio/visual equipment
• Development of sales training tasks within TMs for the first two years in support of local Sales Management
• Responsible for utilizing Brainshark Platform to improve selling skills and administrative tasks
• Salesforce Training and Development, including inspection for correct utilization of Salesforce platform

Base Salary Range:

$100,000 - $115,000
