Job summary

PROTECTALL seeks a Regional Sales Trainer to elevate protection plan performance across multiple Retail locations in Florida. You will deliver impactful training, coaching, and development initiatives, partnering with store leadership to improve attachment rates and customer value.

The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with consumer electronics/appliance experience, strong coaching skills, and the ability to influence performance across levels.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in consumer electronics or retail.
• Proven training and coaching experience.
• Ability to influence performance and drive results.
• Strong understanding of retail sales processes and KPIs.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience handling customer escalations.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly in-store training on protection plan features and value-based selling.
• Coach store teams and management to improve attachment and sales performance.
• Analyze store KPIs, attachment rates, and trends to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to align goals and performance expectations.
• Conduct classroom, group, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Support Train-the-Trainer and ongoing professional development.
• Perform store visits and audits to ensure compliant processes.
• Develop coaching plans and accountability measures with management.
• Assist onboarding of new associates and managers.
• Help resolve customer issues by coordinating with store and call center teams.
• Promote customer-first culture and protection plan value.
