Job summary

ProtectAll is seeking a Regional Sales Trainer to drive protection plan performance across approximately four Retail locations by delivering impactful sales training, coaching, and performance development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a motivated sales professional with consumer electronics or appliances experience, strong coaching, and the ability to influence performance at all levels.

Extensive travel and a hands‑on approach to developing people are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in consumer electronics, appliances, retail or related industries.
• Training, coaching, leadership, or sales development experience preferred.
• Proven ability to influence sales performance and drive results.
• Strong understanding of retail sales processes, customer engagement, and KPI management.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable performance improvement strategies.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills across multiple levels of leadership.
• Experience handling customer escalations and conflict resolution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and performance reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly in-store training on protection plan features and value-based selling.
• Coach staff across roles to improve attachment and sales performance.
• Analyze store KPIs, attachment rates, and sales trends to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with store leadership and corporate teams on goals and initiatives.
• Facilitate classroom, small-group, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Support Train-the-Trainer programs and ongoing development.
• Conduct store visits and performance audits for process consistency.
• Create coaching plans with management and accountability measures.
• Provide regular performance updates and leadership recommendations.
• Assist onboarding and development of new associates and managers.
• Support customer issue resolution with call center teams.
• De-escalate challenging customer situations through effective communication.
• Promote customer-first culture and protect plan value in the customer experience.
