Job summary

Integrity is seeking a Protection Plan Consultant to drive revenue through strategic territory development and advisor relationships. You will recruit new producers, educate advisors on Ash’s solutions, and uphold the Integrity brand across the territory.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a willingness to travel up to 75% to meet with financial professionals and banks nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, sales, or related field.
• FINRA Series 6 license required.
• Resident life insurance license required.
• Knowledge of life insurance products and applications.
• CLU, CFP, and/or RICP designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through territory management and relationship building.
• Recruit new producers and expand client base within the territory.
• Educate advisors on Ash’s solutions and maintain Ash brand.
• Log activities in CRM and coordinate with internal teams.
• Travel up to 75% as needed.
